The public urination was disgusting. I saw this more when I lived in a neighborhood with a lot of elderly people that didn't properly raise their grandkids. I worked with a couple of teachers from the Philippines and an Indian teacher that were very fluent and often assigned to teach the higher levels. The other Filipinos had decent English skills, but they often made simple grammar mistakes. These other teachers were assigned lower to mid-levels. Full Comment>>

The ESL jobs involving singing to kids are not as easy as people imagine. I would be terrified teaching kids and I respect those that can motivate young learners. I imagine that teaching kids is a lot of fun for those that have those skills and know tons of activities to get kids excited while also learning. Full Comment>>

The problem is the questions are extremely general. I am also asked if America is safe and this is a complex answer. Anki is great for vocabulary and you can edit the flashcards and add more. I like to also add photos to make studying the cards more interesting and also help make vocabulary cards stick in my mind. I used to use Duolingo before it got too greedy and started having ads all the time. Full Comment>>
