Articles : Dracon44 commented on news 5 Things the Foreign Media Gets Wrong About China

Every single one of these so-called misconceptions are absolutely true. The author comes off as completely clueless. Let's go through them to find out why. 1. No Christianity in China. If they leave out the whole "Jesus thing" then how can that possibly be called Christianity seeing as how it is based on and takes ... Full Comment>>

Nothing wrong with that? Only the fact that it is ILLEGAL, both here and in Western countries. Perhaps however now that you know it is wrong you might invest some time in learning proper classroom control measures. Or you could keep on taping naughty kids to their chairs, only one day to pick on the wrong kid and ... Full Comment>>

"They will never belong here, they will always be the "waiguoren". That's a backward cultural trait of China that will not be resolved in our, or even your kids', lifetimes" Hmm...with your ability to look into the future...one wonders what you were doing here in the first place and not on Wall Street picking ... Nonsense. Cars have been in China in large scale use for some 30 years In the 1990's was when they took off rapidly...by 2000 they were producing over 2 million cars a year. And they became the world largest automobile producer in 2008 producing nearly 14 million passenger cars in that year alone. How much MORE time ... Full Comment>>

Articles : Dracon44 commented on news Why Can't China Attract Foreign Professionals?

Funnily enough other articles suggest that China has no problems attracting foreign professionals. In a 2014 report from the BBC, it pointed out that in 2012 the numbers had increased to more than 240,000 and that number was still rising...and that was just the Chinese mainland. It also pointed out that "[This] ... Full Comment>>

When complaining about deficient English skills, it helps your credibility when you don't make a number of mistakes ( I counted 5 at least with a quick once-over. Home workouts are good if you know what you are doing. Handstands against the wall and lowering yourself up and down are a great replacement for presses of any kind in the gym. Wow! You have to be 24 years old and have 2 years working experience outside of China. Truly Draconian regulations aren't they? In case you can't tell I'm being sarcastic. Very few countries have more relaxed regulations. If the author thinks these are stringent, he really has no clue. Full Comment>>

As regards 5 and 6...VPNs as of lately have been declared illegal in China.
